Messaging Terms & SMS Policy

These Messaging Terms govern text (SMS and MMS) messages sent by SlidesVamp, LLC (“SlidesVamp”, “we”, “us”) and by the AI receptionist service we operate on behalf of our business clients. By giving us your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted, you accept these terms.

1. Programme description

SlidesVamp operates the following message programmes:

• Enquiry and project messages. Messages relating to an enquiry you submitted or a project we are delivering for you : scheduling, updates, questions and delivery notifications.
• Demo messages. A short series of messages relating to a demo call you requested through our website.
• AI receptionist messages. Appointment confirmations, reminders and follow-ups sent to callers who contacted a business using our AI receptionist service and provided their number for that purpose.

We do not operate marketing or promotional SMS campaigns, and we do not send unsolicited messages.

2. Consent

We send messages only where we have express consent. Consent is obtained by:

• ticking the clearly labelled, un-pre-selected consent checkbox on a form on https://slidesvamp.com, having entered your mobile number; or
• verbally providing your mobile number to an AI receptionist during a call and agreeing to receive a confirmation or reminder by text; or
• texting us first, or replying to a message we sent under one of the above.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to buy anything from us, and declining will not affect the price or the service you receive.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies according to your activity. Typically:

• Enquiry and demo messages: 1–4 messages per enquiry.
• Project messages: occasional messages during an active engagement, generally fewer than 5 per week.
• AI receptionist confirmations and reminders: 1–3 messages per appointment.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. SlidesVamp does not charge you for receiving text messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges will apply according to your plan. Contact your carrier if you are unsure of your rates.

5. How to opt out, STOP

You can cancel messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also use END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT.

After you send one of these keywords we will send a single confirmation message to acknowledge the opt-out, and then we will stop sending messages to that number. Opt-outs are processed automatically and immediately. If you want to rejoin later, you can sign up again on our website or simply text us.

7. Carrier notices

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.

8. Privacy

We share mobile numbers only with the licensed telecommunications providers who transmit messages on our behalf, and where relevant with the business client whose AI receptionist you contacted. Our full Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and the account holder of, or authorised to use, the mobile number you provide. If you change or give up your mobile number, please tell us so we do not message its new owner.

10. Changes

We may update these Messaging Terms. Changes take effect when posted here with a revised effective date. Material changes affecting how we message you will be notified in advance where practicable.
